Employing multivariable linear regression and generalized additive models, the study sought to determine the independent and combined effects of maternal EF and RF on the occurrence of infant neglect. Each aspect of EF demonstrated a direct, linear connection to instances of infant neglect. Each dimension of RF exhibited a non-linear correlation with infant neglect.
